We are located in the U.S. Safety building on the frontage road (Lenexa Drive) between 87th street and 75th street on the East side of I-35. Our store is in the "top of the crown".

In order for us to serve you, you must provide us with a current prescription from your eye doctor. We can only fill prescriptions that are dated within two (2) years.
